This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Machine Path Industries ("Machine Path", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, access our APIs, or use our inference and GPU infrastructure services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

We understand that the inputs you send to our inference API and the outputs it returns may contain sensitive or proprietary information. We do not sell, share with third parties for commercial purposes, or use your API inputs or outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning model without your explicit, opt-in consent.

We may temporarily retain API request and response data for a limited period (typically no more than 30 days) strictly for the purpose of debugging, reliability monitoring, and troubleshooting service issues. After that window, this data is deleted.

If you explicitly request model fine-tuning or training as a paid service feature, your data will be used only for that purpose and subject to a separate written agreement.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company or organization name, and any other information you provide during registration.

Payment information: Billing transactions are processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

API usage data: We collect metadata about API calls, including timestamps, model identifiers, token counts, latency metrics, error codes, and the IP addresses of originating requests. This data is used for billing, capacity planning, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service improvement.

Website and communication data: Standard web server logs, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and information you submit through contact forms or support channels.

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including processing API requests, generating invoices, and monitoring for abuse or policy violations.

To communicate with you about your account, billing, service changes, security notices, and support requests.

To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Machine Path Industries, our customers, and others.

We do not use your information to build consumer advertising profiles or sell it to data brokers.

Service providers: We share information with vendors that help us host infrastructure, process payments, send communications, monitor security, and operate the business. These providers process data only as directed and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Open-source model providers: When you route inference requests to specific open-source models, metadata necessary to process the request may be handled by the underlying model runtime. The content of your requests is not shared with model authors.

Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of Machine Path Industries or others.

Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Machine Path Industries does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

API keys issued to your account are treated as sensitive credentials. We store them in hashed form and will not display them in plaintext after initial issuance.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Do not embed API keys in publicly accessible code repositories or client-side applications.

If you believe an API key has been compromised, rotate it immediately through your account dashboard and notify us through the Contact page.

Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

API request and response content retained for debugging purposes is deleted within 30 days.

Upon account deletion, personal information is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and security monitoring.

No security measures are perfect or impenetrable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may access, correct, or update personal information through your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, contact us through the Contact page.

Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Policy on this page with a revised date. For registered users, we will also provide notice through your account or by email. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
